La tecnología y la arquitectura en un mismo lugar

Cuando uno piensa en Google lo primero que se le viene a la mente es tecnología e innovación y es por eso que Topcret fue la solución elegida para construir el Google Campus en Madrid.

En 2015, Jump Studios (un compañía del grupo Populous) desarrollo la renovación de una fábrica industrial construida en 1892, cerca del Palacio Real, convirtiéndolo en la base elegida para crear el centro de innovación de Google. Este fue el primer hub de la empresa en España, el que provee espacio para 7.000 miembros de la empresa. Para este proyecto de tan grande escala necesitaba un producto que pudiera transmitir la tecnología de la empresa pero que a la vez su tiempo de aplicación  fuera rapido para poder inaugurar la sede.

¿Porque Baxab?

Baxab® es el microcemento más resistente del mercado, es decir, el paso del tiempo no corre en él aun en lugares de alto tránsito. Es de fácil limpieza, ecológico ya que no hay que retirar el material existente y de rápida aplicación.

Baxab® permite crear espacios infinitos y el método de coloración hace que se consiga el mismo tono una y otra vez.

Hoy en día el edificio de Google es un gran espacio para las empresas  con áreas para startups, un gran auditorio, un espacio de coworking con mesas, oficinas privadas y salas de reunión para emprendedores y equipos, además de otro amplio espacio para celebrar todo tipo de eventos y una gran cafetería abierta al público.

Topcret® commits to repair or replace at no cost for a period of 3 years any type of defect that may arise. Warranty also extends to the application process.

Topcret has an exclusive rework insuarance,through which you can access a lifetime bonus to redo your work whenever you want. This insurance covers all those cases that are not covered by the Zero Cost Guarantee, even if there were no defects or accidents, such as changing the color of the applied coating.
